Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in the startup and innovation ecosystem? Become a Partnership assistant at TechBBQ 2025 and get the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers!

We’re looking for motivated and proactive interns to join our team from May 1st until the end of September, contributing 8 to 25 hours per week.

Since 2013, TechBBQ has been the leading startup and innovation summit in Scandinavia, fostering connections and strengthening the Nordic ecosystem. Our team is dynamic, passionate, and driven by Nordic values of openness, inclusion, trust, and collaboration.

Your Role

As a TechBBQ volunteer, you’ll play a key role in the execution of one of the biggest startup events in the Nordics. Your responsibilities may include:

✅ Marketing & Communications – Supporting the Marketing team with gathering info from the Partners and assisting with Brella networking.

✅ Event Coordination – Helping organize partner activations, pop-up stands, and logistics.

✅ Partnership Support – Assisting in outreach, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth partner engagement.

✅ On-Site Event Support – Working directly at the summit to facilitate smooth operations and partner activations.
