We are seeking a Compliance Student to assist with Veo’s Compliance initiatives. You will work closely with the Legal and Compliance Team, focusing on supporting our Senior Compliance Manager and building and implementing our Compliance Program. As our Legal and compliance function continues to develop, this is an excellent opportunity for you to contribute to Veo as we grow significantly.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to the roll-out and monitoring of Veo’s compliance and sustainability program.
- Support the implementation of compliance policies and internal training initiatives.
- Help evaluate legal requirements and compliance standards across foreign jurisdictions.
- Assist with our sanctions and human rights due diligence initiatives.
- Maintain documentation and help track updates to regulatory obligations.
- Participate in preparing reports, presentations, and related material.
- Monitor developments in ESG, compliance, and regulatory trends relevant to Veo’s global operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance, governance, and sustainability projects.
Your qualifications:
- A master’s degree student in law, business law, or a related field.
- An interest in compliance as well as sustainability.
- A person who thrives on dealing with diverse tasks and developing solutions that align with business needs, including automation and digitalization.
- Proficient communication skills (English, both oral and written).
