Organic Basics is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sustainability Assistant (student position) to join the sustainability team based in Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will be critical in supporting our Sustainability team with certification documentation, compliance and other exciting projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in documenting and managing Transaction Certificates (TCs) for our product certifications

  • Support the sustainability team in the launch of exciting projects such as the Digital Product Passport

  • Data collection and analysis, to identify areas of improvement and contribute to the annual Impact Report

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support different sustainability initiatives

  • Stay organised and detail-oriented while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment


Qualifications:

  • Current student, pursuing a degree in sustainability

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Fluent English, both verbal and written

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.

  • Motivation to work in a fast-paced environment where finding solutions is key

Work hours: Flexible, around 15-20h a week

Location: Our HQ in Nørrebro in Copenhagen
