Most fashion brands don’t produce their own garments. We’re proud to be part of the limited few that do.
Founded in Copenhagen in 2014, Son of a Tailor is one of the most pioneering menswear brands in operation today. With over one million products sold, we’ve redefined everyday essentials through custom-fit precision and a transformative made-to-order production model.
2025 is a pivotal year for us as we evolve from a tech-driven brand into a tastemaker in menswear. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Pattern Maker to join our team. We’ve built a unique and streamlined pattern-making process that allows us to generate patterns automatically and in real-time. Your role will be to support and refine this process—ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
As our Pattern Maker, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the precision and efficiency of our unique made-to-order production model. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical foundation in pattern making who is eager to work at the intersection of craftsmanship and innovation.
You’ll be responsible for supporting and refining our automated pattern-making system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement. Working closely with our Senior Pattern Maker and the rest of our Supply Chain team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we optimize fit and streamline processes in a way that challenges traditional industry norms. You’ll have the autonomy to bring new ideas to life while collaborating with a dedicated, forward-thinking team in an open and dynamic environment.
