You’ll play a pivotal role in driving conversion, UX optimization, and platform performance while working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and tech teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Optimize the shopping experience—build, test, and iterate on landing pages, navigation, and overall site functionality.

  • Manage product catalog & merchandising—oversee product uploads, descriptions, collections, and promotions.

  • Collaborate with key teams—ensure seamless execution between creative, performance marketing, product, and tech.

  • Drive conversion & engagement—implement A/B tests, UX improvements, and personalization strategies.

  • Enhance site performance—scale the platform, improve speed, and troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Lead app & integration management—evaluate and implement Shopify apps, plugins, and third-party tools.

  • Analyze user behavior—use GA4, Hotjar, and other tools to optimize customer journeys and acquisition funnels.

  • Expand into new markets—adapt our e-commerce experience for international customers.

  • Own SEO strategy—optimize for organic growth and technical SEO improvements.

  • Improve operational efficiency—streamline order handling, inventory, and B2B functionality.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of e-commerce experience, ideally within Shopify Plus.

  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable with GA4, Hotjar, Mouseflow, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and UX/UI best practices.

  • Familiarity with Customer Experience (CX) tools such as Nosto, Dynamic Yield, or similar platforms is a strong plus.

  • Previous experience driving loyalty programs is another plus.

  • Knowledge of SEO, attribution modeling, and customer journey mapping.

  • Passionate about e-commerce, analytics, CRO, UX, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent project management skills—highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

  • Full professional proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Entrepreneurial mindset—you take ownership, solve problems, and get things done.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to shape and scale a fast-growing sustainable brand.

  • A dynamic, collaborative team with creative freedom and ownership.

  • Professional growth & development—access to industry experts, learning resources, and career growth opportunities.

  • Fun, social work environment—team events, activities, and an inspiring culture.
