We are currently looking for a motivated volunteer/intern to assist our sales and marketing team, from May 1st, 15 to 25 hours a week until start of September (or as decided internally with team)

Working closely with our experienced team, you'll play a vital role in the Marketing and Sales Departments . We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic volunteer focusing on customer service and direct ticket sales. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant, fast-paced setting while contributing to the success of one of the most exciting tech events.
Providing exceptional customer service to event attendees, primarily via email
Assisting with direct sales activities, including outreach, research, ticket sales and brand ambassadorship
Handling customer inquiries email and in-person with professionalism and efficiency
Supporting the team with event setup, registration, and on-site logistics
Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to execute communication strategies
Gathering and relaying customer feedback to help improve our events and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required
Comfortable using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
Passion for technology and startups is highly desirable
