As a Content Creator at Colorful Standard, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and executing engaging content tailored for different platforms like YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok. You should be an innovative storyteller with a strong understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content strategies and be comfortable in front of a camera
Develop and produce a wide variety of content formats including:
Tutorials (e.g., how to style our products)
Challenges (e.g., sustainability challenges)
Breakdowns (e.g., fabric quality & craftsmanship insights)
Podcast/Commentary (e.g., industry trends, fashion analysis)
Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) (e.g., production process, company culture)
Interviews (e.g., with designers, influencers, or team members)
POV (Point of View) (e.g., customer experience, day-in-the-life content)
Listicle Videos (e.g., top 5 ways to style our collection)
Open-minded to exploring prompt creation
Experiment with different styles, including ASMR, social show concepts, sound-driven storytelling, and other immersive formats.
Stay ahead of emerging trends, continuously researching new content types to strengthen the brand’s digital presence. • Be proactive in executing ideas and establishing new content frameworks that align with Colorful Standard’s identity.
Plan, script, create, and edit video content, optimizing for engagement and shareability.
Analyze content performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
Working with external creators
A creative and open-minded storyteller with a passion for responsible made garments and digital content.
Experienced in creating social media content, particularly for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Skilled in video production native to the different platforms, including creating, editing, and post-production.
Adept at using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
A trendspotter who understands platform-specific content formats and audience preferences.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to experiment with new ideas.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
