Organic Basics is now looking for an exceptionally structured, clever, and kind Customer Experience Intern who likes a good challenge and loves having fun at work. The 4-6 month internship will begin in September 2025 and take place in our office in Nørrebro, Copenhagen - remote work is possible for shorter periods of time. This internship is intended to give you hands-on experience with customer interactions, products, and logistics as part of your studies and help shape your future career path. 


Your daily tasks will include:

  • Acting as the voice of Organic Basics, delivering brilliant customer service via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Assisting customers with order or product inquiries, sizing guidance, and after-sales support.

  • Improving methods for review collection and making sure customer feedback is presented and used for future improvements.

  • Contributing to the improvement of the online customer experience.

  • Solving logistics issues and daily communication with our warehouse.

  • Representing the voice of the customer within OB by categorizing insights into relevant data points.

  • Ad hoc CX tasks


Your strengths:

  • Previous CX, retail or service experience is a plus. 

  • Great problem-solving skills while being customer-oriented, and sales focused. 

  • Reliable, people-smart and exceptionally friendly.

  • Tech-savvy, a fast learner and a team-player.

  • Helping customers gives you personal satisfaction and joy.

  • Dedicated work ethic, and efficient at managing your workload. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. 

  • You speak and write fluent English, any other language is a plus.

  • You’re passionate about our planet and want to help create the change you would like to see in the world.

Start: September

Duration: 4-6 months

Compensation: The position is paid an honorary salary of 5200 DKK/month

Location: Copenhagen - remote work is possible, but we like to see each other in person a few times a week :)
