EmpowrCoach is looking for a Norwegian-speaking Social Media Assistant (part-time/student position)!

At EmpowrCoach, we specialize in growing the businesses of some of Scandinavia's leading online fitness coaches. Right now, we’re looking for an engaged and skilled Social Media Assistant to join our Norwegian SoMe team. You’ll have the opportunity to support and collaborate closely with our Social Media Specialists and Growth Managers on exciting tasks and projects.

Currently, our Norwegian team consists of a Social Media Specialist and a Growth & Marketing Manager, and we’re now seeking a part-time assistant to help take their efforts to the next level.

What does the role involve?

As a Social Media Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:

• Writing copy for organic posts on TikTok and Instagram.

• Designing visual content in Canva for our clients.

• Developing personalized and targeted content plans in collaboration with our Social Media Specialist on a weekly and monthly basis.

• Implementing strategic initiatives to optimize our clients' social media presence.

  
  

Who are you?

We’re looking for a Norwegian-speaking Social Media Assistant based in Copenhagen who is eager to gain hands-on experience in social media within a dynamic and growing industry, where personal brands play a central role in our clients' businesses.

Your qualifications:

• Fluent in Norwegian – both written and spoken.

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new things.

• A good understanding of graphic design (experience with Canva/Photoshop is a plus).

• A strong interest in social media and the psychology behind them (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

  
  

This position is perfect for you if you:

• Are currently studying for a relevant degree and looking for a part-time job where you can develop your graphic, strategic, and communication skills.

• Want hands-on experience with social media in a role where you’ll act as a link between our two Norwegian team members while learning from and supporting them.
