Our concept allows employers to provide high-quality bicycles to their employees, including maintenance and insurance. With thousands of satisfied customers across Scandinavia and Germany, we are expanding and seeking a Sales Manager to drive our growth in the German market.


Your Role:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding JOOLL's presence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, qualify, and convert high-value prospects.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients.

  • Market Expansion: Drive growth initiatives to enhance JOOLL’s footprint in the German market.

  • Contract Management: Oversee and negotiate client contracts to ensure mutual value.


Your Profile:

We are seeking a results-driven individual with:

  • proven track record in sales, ideally in B2B environments

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.

  • Fluency in German and English.

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a start-up culture.
