We are seeking a top-tier Creative Director with a strong background in graphic design and extensive experience as an Art Director in an advertising agency. The ideal candidate will have worked with large international brands, particularly with a focus on the US market. Experience in fashion and targeting Gen Z consumers is highly preferred. This role focuses on overseeing the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring that all visual output aligns with brand standards and creative excellence.
Brand Leadership: Develop and safeguard the brand identity across all visual platforms, including social media, packaging, editorial content, and digital media, ensuring a cohesive and elevated aesthetic.
Creative Vision: Set and maintain high standards for the visual direction of the brand, ensuring all creative work reflects the company’s values and goals.
Creative Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers and art directors, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them reach their full potential.
Hands-On Art Direction: Oversee the design and art direction of all creative projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and creative goals.
Team Development: Foster a culture of creativity, growth, and high achievement. Provide coaching and feedback to team members, set clear objectives, and create opportunities for professional development.
Project Management: Manage the creative team’s workload and prioritize projects to ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality visual assets.
Creative Oversight: Review and approve all visual content, ensuring it meets brand standards and is visually impactful, from digital to print and everything in between.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, web, and design, to ensure consistency and excellence in all creative outputs.
Trend Awareness: Stay current on design trends and industry developments, particularly those relevant to fashion and Gen Z, to keep the brand’s visual identity fresh and relevant.
Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the VP of Brand Marketing on seasonal campaigns, present ideas to internal stakeholders, and ensure assets are aligned with KPIs.
Extensive Art Direction Experience: Proven experience as a senior Art Director in an ad agency, with a strong foundation in graphic design and hands-on experience in creating compelling visual content.
Creative Leadership: Experience leading creative teams and guiding the development of visual projects across multiple touchpoints.
Large Brand Experience: A proven track record of working with large international brands, particularly with experience in the US market.
Fashion & Gen Z Focus: Preference for candidates with experience in the fashion industry and a deep understanding of the Gen Z consumer.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to craft visually stunning and innovative designs, with a focus on brand identity.
Team Leadership: A demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and manage a creative team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Agency Experience: Prior experience working in an advertising agency is essential, with a deep understanding of the creative process.
