Production Operator / Hiring for Full timers & Part timers

The REDUCED team is growing and we are currently recruiting for Production Operators to join our team.

Are you ready to join a dynamic team where every day is fast-paced and full of opportunities to learn and grow? We're expanding and looking for Production Operators (both full-time and part-time) to be part of our journey!

Are you interested in fermentation and want to prevent foods from being wasted, you might just be the right fit for the team.


What you’ll do:

  • Getting your hands dirty

  • Growing Koji

  • Processing side streams of Chicken, Mushrooms, Vegetables, and Shorecrabs.

  • Operate production machinery and equipment with precision

  • Work closely with our dedicated team to meet daily targets

  • Help ensure high quality of products

  • Comply with standard operating procedures to adhere to quality standards.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace


What you'll bring:

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, and to do

  • Attention to detail and a focus on quality

  • Ability to work efficiently, whether independently or as part of a team

  • Ability to handle tasks that may involve standing for extended periods, lifting many shovels of mushrooms, and moving efficiently in a production environment.

  • Flexibility to adapt to varying production needs, including shifts and changing tasks as required.
