Getting your hands dirty
Growing Koji
Processing side streams of Chicken, Mushrooms, Vegetables, and Shorecrabs.
Operate production machinery and equipment with precision
Work closely with our dedicated team to meet daily targets
Help ensure high quality of products
Comply with standard operating procedures to adhere to quality standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, and to do
Attention to detail and a focus on quality
Ability to work efficiently, whether independently or as part of a team
Ability to handle tasks that may involve standing for extended periods, lifting many shovels of mushrooms, and moving efficiently in a production environment.
Flexibility to adapt to varying production needs, including shifts and changing tasks as required.
Flexible part-time schedules or stable full-time roles
