Executive Assistant to the CEO of TechBBQ (Maternity cover)

TechBBQ is Scandinavia's largest and Europe’s second-largest Tech and Innovation Summit. Since 2013, the team behind it has been working to strengthen the Nordic startup ecosystem through various events and projects. We are currently looking for a full-time Executive Personal Assistant to support the management team at TechBBQ. As an Executive PA, you will work closely with our CEO, assist in various areas, and become part of a young and passionate team.

Your primary tasks will include:

• PA tasks (assisting with calendar coordination and email correspondence).

• Organizing meetings and taking meeting notes.

• Producing academic texts.

• Assisting in reaching out to key players in the tech ecosystem.

• Various ad-hoc tasks within the organization.

Your profile:

• Fluent in both written and spoken Danish (mandatory) and English.

• A very strong writer.

• Interest in tech and startups.

• Structured and good at creating order in "chaos."

• Not afraid of routine tasks.

• Proactive.

• Able to work independently.

• Good at prioritizing tasks and time.

• Calm and collected.

We hope you can join the team as soon as possible. As we get closer to our main event (In September), you can expect additional hours, as well as evening and weekend work, particularly in the last month leading up to the event—we require a lot of flexibility, and you can, of course, expect the same from us.
