We're Worthmore, and we're on a mission to prove that influencer marketing can be a powerful force for good. We're looking for our first Influencer Marketing Manager to help us create a whole new category: the impact influencer.
Who we are:
Worthmore is a small but passionate team with ambitious goals. Our journey began with a simple idea: to create a community with paid membership, offering perks such as a free mobile phone subscription, and using the profits to support impactful grassroots projects. The Worthmore Impact Fund has already made a difference by providing emergency dental care to children in rural Peru, providing pads to young girls in need in Uganda, and even combating food waste in Denmark. We believe that collective efforts can bring about meaningful change. However, we need your help to expand our community and truly make an impact.
How we plan to grow our community:
We're not just about marketing - we're creating a movement. Our goal is to prove that influencers can (and are willing to) activate their networks to drive positive change around the world. We believe that by connecting influential voices with impactful projects, we can amplify our reach and create a ripple effect of good.
What you'll do:
Pioneer our influencer marketing strategy from the ground up
Identify and collaborate with influencers who align with our mission
Develop campaigns that showcase our projects and inspire action
Help shape the concept of "impact influencer" and establish best practices
Work closely with our project teams to create compelling content
Measure and report on the impact of our influencer partnerships
Who you are:
You're passionate about using social media for social good
You have experience in influencer marketing or community building
You're creative, adaptable, and not afraid to try new things
You're excited by the challenge of creating a new category
You have a knack for storytelling and can translate complex issues into engaging content
The Base Offer:
The position starts unpaid. However - you will earn a tiered monthly percentage of all memberships sold by yourself and the influencers you manage. There is also an opportunity for equity bonuses.
