Senpage is a volunteer-led advisory group focused on helping sustainable startups and NGOs achieve their goals without sacrificing their values. We are currently recruiting university students and recent graduates interested in serving as volunteer consultants for a short-term project (approx. 3-month duration). Consultants are assigned to projects on a rolling basis, so if you are interested in contributing, please apply so we know to whom we should reach out!
Current student or recent graduate in social sciences, public policy, or a relevant field.
Positive attitude and a passion for helping sustainable organizations succeed.
Team-oriented, self-motivated, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of best practices in the nonprofit sector and ability to apply them to projects.
Able to meet deadlines.
Able to commit 15-20 hours per month.
You don’t need to have a lot of experience, but we expect you to be able to work independently – we are a team of volunteers, so we all work asynchronously.
This position is aimed at students and recent graduates with a background in social sciences, public policy, or a relevant field who are seeking hands-on experience in creating and implementing innovative solutions for sustainable NGOs. The role focuses on assessing clients' organizational needs and developing strategies to improve their overall performance and impact. You'll have the opportunity to work on projects such as program evaluation, fundraising strategies, or capacity building.
Engage with clients to understand their organizational needs and objectives.
Evaluate clients' existing structures and strategies to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and recommend data-driven solutions that align with clients' goals.
Collaborate with teammates to implement, test, and refine proposed solutions.
Present your findings and recommendations to clients, effectively communicating the rationale behind your proposed NGO strategies.
