The Role: 

You'll play a crucial role in our organization by being the primary point of contact for our Danish-speaking clients. Your responsibilities will be twofold: ensuring impeccable customer relations while driving compliance initiatives to meet data protection regulations. 

Customer Relations:

In this role, you will be at the forefront of building and maintaining strong relationships with our Danish clients. You'll ensure that their experience with our services is seamless and satisfying. From onboarding to ongoing support, you will be the trusted advisor who guides clients through every step of their journey with us. Your focus will be on understanding their needs, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring they derive maximum value from our services. Through proactive communication and support, you will not only resolve issues but also anticipate potential challenges, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. 

Compliance Specialist:

On the compliance side, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' effortless adherence to GDPR regulations. This involves overseeing the implementation of our Effortless Compliance Service, ensuring that our clients' data protection measures are up-to-date and effectively managed. You'll work closely with clients to navigate complex compliance requirements, providing them with expert guidance and support. Your role will involve staying informed about the latest regulatory changes and ensuring that our solutions are consistently aligned with legal standards. 

Cross-Department Collaboration:

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to ensure our solutions meet market needs and client expectations, providing insights and feedback that drive continuous improvement.  

 

Responsibilities: 

By joining our team, you will be responsible for: 

  • Implementing and managing GDPR-compliant data mapping processes. 

  • Documenting and maintaining records of data processing activities. 

  • Conducting GAP analyses and audits (DPIAs, DPAs, TIAs) to identify compliance risks. 

  • Analyzing and recommending organizational and technical measures for data protection. 

  • Monitoring regulatory updates and ensuring solutions remain compliant and effective. 

  • Preparing compliance reports and delivering insights to clients and internal stakeholders. 

  • Leading client onboarding and ensuring smooth integration with our compliance services. 

  • Providing ongoing customer support and guidance on GDPR compliance issues. 

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Danish-speaking clients. 

  • Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to align solutions with client needs. 

 

Who we are looking for:

Specifically, we are looking for someone with the following qualities: 

  • Danish native speaker with great communication skills 

  • Proficiency in English at a professional level 

  • Ability to understand and implement a data mapping process that complies with GDPR regulations. 

  • Experience in documenting and maintaining records of data processing activities. 

  • Proficiency in analyzing the results from data processing activities, mapping and reviewing agreements with data processors. 

  • Ability to collaborate with different departments within the organization 

  • Enjoys client interactions and excels at building and maintaining strong relationships
