As a Marketing Assistant, you will be at the core of shaping our brand's visual identity and driving impactful customer engagement across all marketing channels.
You'll play a key role in enhancing our online brand’s presence through both organic and paid media. Additionally, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling content, including social media posts, digital advertisements, and sales materials.
Overall, you’ll contribute to creating and promoting our solutions across the various digital channels, bringing a consistent and appealing aesthetic to all our marketing efforts.
By joining our team as Marketing Assistant, you will primarily be responsible for:
Social Media Management:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar for our LinkedIn company profile.
Design graphics and visuals for social media posts, ensuring they align with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
Monitor and analyse the performance of social media organic posts and adjust strategies as needed.
Paid Advertising:
Create visually compelling content for our LinkedIn ads to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Set targets, monitor performance and continuously adjust strategies to ensure maximum performance.
Design and optimize digital advertisements across various platforms to maximize impact and ROI.
Material Design and Support:
Design and enhance the visual and aesthetic elements of various materials to effectively support different departments within the organization.
Ensure all collateral (e.g., sales material) is updated and consistently aligned with the brand’s messaging and aesthetic standards.
Website Management:
Contribute to enhancing the website's visual design and user experience.
Help optimizing the website for search engines (SEO) to improve online visibility.
Continuously update the website content and coordinate with our web developer to implement the needed changes.
Webinars Promotion:
Assist in organizing online events with partners and customers.
Create content for the events’ promotion to maximize attendance and engagement.
Additionally, if needed, you’ll provide design support in UI/UX for the development of our software solution and perform ad hoc tasks to help the other teams.
We are seeking candidates who want to kick-start their career in marketing and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ideally, you are newly graduated and have relevant experience from past student jobs.
Specifically, we are looking for someone with the following qualities:
Great English communication skills (both written and oral)
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator), with a keen eye for creating visually compelling content
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office package, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for creating and managing various marketing documents and reports
Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies, including experience with social media platforms and digital advertising
Have a creative mindset and a keen eye for detail, with a strong sense of aesthetics
Nice to have: experience with WordPress, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot and Photoshop
The position is based out of our office in central Copenhagen together with the rest of the marketing team.
