To support our mission, we are looking for an exceptionally structured, clever and friendly part-time (10-15 hours a week) piccolo/piccoline to help make sure that the office runs smoothly. The working hours are 12-14 on weekdays in our office in Nørrebro, Copenhagen N.


Your daily tasks at OB will include:

  • Setting up and cleaning up after lunch

  • Coordinate lunch with the catering company

  • Keeping the office clean and tidy

  • Purchasing snacks, drinks etc. when needed

  • Various ad hoc tasks


Your strengths:

  • Reliable, people-smart and exceptionally friendly

  • High energy level, enjoy working at a high pace and managing your workload efficiently

  • Dedicated work ethic and always willing to go the extra mile

  • You’re passionate about our planet and want to help create the change you would like to see in the world

  • You speak and write fluent English, any other language is a plus
