You Are:

  • Naturally entrepreneurial spirited, and interested in driving growth in a service company.

  • Aligned with Folks' values of kindness and inclusivity.

  • Self-driven, curious, adaptable, hardworking, and organized, yet comfortable thinking on your feet.

  • Have 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar B2B role.

  • Fluent in Danish with proficient written and verbal English skills.


You Can:

  • Effectively communicate and lead a small team.

  • Clearly define customer segments, value propositions, and execution strategies.

  • Develop sales materials that resonate with different segments and align with Folks' values.

  • Initiate contact with potential clients through cold outreach (calls, emails, etc.).

  • Manage leads, schedule meetings, and forge strategic partnerships.

  • Document and refine sales processes, reporting on activities and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with operations teams to enhance customer experience.

Previous industry experience is a plus, but not required.


We're starting with a manager role to clearly define your responsibilities and success metrics within a set timeline. Upon achieving our goals, you'll advance to Head of Sales and Business Development with an equity package.
