We are headquartered in central Copenhagen and are a virtual organization working out of multiple locations in Europe, including Germany, Finland and Sweden.
As a Sales Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decisions and ensuring the accuracy of our sales operations.
Your responsibilities will include supporting our sales management with actionable insights from data analysis and effectively communicating data trends and patterns.
You'll play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, streamlining sales processes, and ensuring smooth data management.
Data Analysis and Management:
Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
Maintain and update sales data in our CRM system
Conduct regular data audits to identify and fix discrepancies
Performance Tracking:
Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue, growth rates and sales targets on team as well as individual level
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into sales effectiveness
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with data-related inquiries and issues
Provide support in preparing sales reports and analytics
Work closely with the sales team to understand their data needs
Forecasting and Budgeting:
Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting processes
Use historical data to predict future sales trends and performance
Ad Hoc Analysis:
Perform ad hoc analysis as requested by management to address specific business questions or issues
Provide quick turnaround on urgent data requests

Specifically, we are looking for someone with the following qualities:
Basic understanding of sales processes
Good understanding of data management principles
Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
English at high proficiency level
Preferably based in Copenhagen to work closely with the sales management
Experience with CRM software such as Hubspot, performance platforms or BI tools such as Plecto and MS Excel is considered a plus and we recommend this to be highlighted in the application.
