Internship/Praktik at JOOLL (Danish speaking)

JOOLL (Your Company Bike) was founded in 2019 with the ambition of changing the way people have their bikes, exploiting a growing market coupled with an increase in employer social responsibility awareness. JOOLL has in record time carved out a new and disruptive area in old school market. We are a fast-moving, internationally expanding, and vibrant organization that focuses on execution and constant development. As a market leader and market disrupter JOOLL has now surpassed JOOLLs to employees at more than 3000 Danish workplaces. JOOLL also launched in Sweden in early 2023 and in Germany late 2023.

Apply to become an intern in customer success where you’ll influence how employees and employers look at JOOLL and handle tasks on your own, thereby contributing to your expertise and knowledge in the field. As an intern at a start-up/scale-up you of course get the chance to learn a lot more and do tasks that you normally need years of experience to do in other more traditional and established companies.

As a person, you have a positive attitude, a strong drive, and are eager to learn. You’re able to focus on a specific task for an extended period of time and show good skills when delivering an assignment. Execution is key.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer contact by email and phone - mainly in danish

• Support the Costumers Success team in daily tasks - mainly in danish

• Online concept presentations

• Support the operation team

• Ad hoc
