Truefollowrs.com is an innovative content creator platform launched in January 2023. We operate as a subscription-based service that allows creators to share behind-the-scenes content with their most loyal followers. With a strong presence in the Nordics, we have established successful collaborations with creators from various countries and have attracted customers in over 20 countries worldwide. Our platform has a broad reach, engaging audiences across Europe, the USA, Norway, the UK, Brazil, and more. This enables creators with an international following to monetize their followers and content in a completely new and scalable way.

Since our inception, Truefollowrs.com has experienced impressive growth, generating over 26,000 subscriptions successfully. Looking ahead, we have ambitious plans to expand our services to meet a global audience in the coming year.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Content & Social Media Manager at True Followrs, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining close dialogue with creators on the platform to ensure timely delivery of content to our social media channels.

• Developing content and social media strategies across platforms like Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Growing our social media presence.

• Identifying social media trends and implementing them in our content strategy.

• Coordinating with the marketing team to get content implemented on the website, newsletters, push notifications, etc.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a So-Me manager who:

• Has an interest in and understanding of social media and digital content.

• Is skilled in communication and can work closely with creators.

• Thrives in a young and dynamic environment with a very flat company structure.

• Is independent and proactive.

• Is creative and can think outside the box.

• Is studying or has worked in marketing, communication, or related fields.

• Is proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Is quick to learn and understands basic systems.
