EmpowrCoach is Looking for a Norwegian-speaking Social Media Specialist!

At EmpowrCoach, we help expand the businesses of some of Scandinavia's largest online fitness coaches. Right now, we are looking for a key person to join our ‘Creative Content Team’ - a Social Media Specialist who is passionate about social media and always on top of the latest trends.

Currently, our ‘Creative Content Team’ consists of one full-time and one part-time Social Media Specialist focusing on the Danish and international markets. You will work closely with team members Liv and Lærke and lead our Norwegian coaches.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between the business side and the creative process on social media, helping to create the perfect synergy between these aspects and crafting a brand and content strategy for the coaches that sets them apart!

Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a Norwegian-speaking Social Media Specialist with a keen understanding of market trends and social media strategies. You should excel at building an organic following month by month. Most importantly, we want someone who LOVES working with social platforms, branding, and creating unique, creative concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 10 online coaches, where you will be primarily responsible for their organic presence, adding a creative spin to their individual brands, and helping them attract new followers effectively.

• Research and analyze market and social media trends within the respective industry.

• Develop individualized and personalized content plans for each coach on a weekly and monthly basis.

• Help conceptualize and plan campaigns for coaches and come up with innovative ideas for how each coach can stand out.

• Handle graphic design and video editing primarily for the coaches we work with in Norway.

• Create unique reel series and content concepts for the coaches you work with.

• Collaborate closely with our two other Social Media Specialists in our Creative Content Team to brainstorm and collaborate across different coaches.

  
  

Your Qualifications:

• Fluent in both spoken and written Norwegian.

• Curious and eager to learn, with a self-driven nature.

• Good insight and understanding of social media platforms, branding, and digital marketing principles (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

• Understanding the reasons behind viral content (pattern interrupts, storytelling, etc.).

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Bonus if you can speak and understand Danish (but not required)

Who will you be working with?

You will be working closely with all four team members of EmpowrCoach. Primarily, you will collaborate with our two Social Media Specialists, Liv and Lærke, to discuss ideas and develop new strategies for our partnered coaches. Additionally, you will work closely with Markus, who is currently in charge of the Norwegian coaches and also speaks Norwegian.
