Ønskeskyen ApS is on the lookout for a Team Lead to establish and steer a new cross-functional team, focusing on our innovative digital wish list app, Ønskeskyen/GoWish. This role is a call to those who are not only skilled in advanced technologies, such as React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, and GraphQL, but also possess a keen interest in mentoring and leading a team within a growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and management of a new developer team, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.

• Take a hands-on approach to development and project management using our tech stack.

• Encourage agile development practices, ensuring effective collaboration between front-end and back-end developers.

• Mentor and support your team, promoting professional development and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge in Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and GraphQL, with a solid understanding of scalable, distributed systems.

• Strong leadership skills with a playing coach mentality, capable of driving projects while fostering team growth and collaboration.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional development teams, with a track record of delivering scalable, robust solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.

• Apply a hands-on approach to development and project leadership, ensuring excellence in delivery with a focus on our tech stack.

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices, graph and SQL databases, and cloud infrastructure.

• Experience using GCP

• Experience with React Native and app development
