Organic Basics is a sustainable underwear brand that aims to make a positive impact on the world. We're looking for a creative who is passionate about fashion and sustainability to join our team as Graphic Designer and Art Director.

As a Graphic Designer and Art Director, you will be responsible for the overall brand look-and-feel. You’ll work closely with our creative- and marketing team to drive the aesthetic ambitions of the brand; develop creative concepts and create quality visuals for campaigns, content and retail materials that resonate globally, across all channels, on behalf of the business, our customers and the causes we care about.


Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the overall brand look-and-feel

  • Develop and iterate on Organic Basics’ visual identity both digitally and physically 

  • Develop creative concepts and create quality visuals for campaigns, content and retail materials that resonate globally and across all channels

  • Accountable in the weekly creative content production in alignment with our marketing calendar

  • Day-to-day production of creative assets for the rest of the organisation

  • Communicate with external partners

  • Create promotional and educational material about our sustainability efforts that can be used both internally and externally 

  • Ad hoc administrative tasks


Requirements:

  • +4 years experience from similar role

  • Excellent graphic design skills 

  • Expert knowledge in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Basic knowledge in After Effects and Figma is a plus

  • Experience with both digital design and printed goods is a must

  • Passionate about sustainability and social responsibility

  • Strong interest in design, fashion and culture

  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as in a team

  • Able to work in our office in Copenhagen
