Nordic Koji Company is a food tech company specialising in the production of natural flavor enhancers through advanced fermentation techniques. Our products are new standard ingredients for cooking in Denmark and Europe.
As Sales Assistant you will be implementing NKC’s sales strategy operating in Food Service on both public and private levels.
You will be assisting in sales through B2B channels in Denmark and the Nordics, paving the way through exciting markets with innovative and powerful food products.
This position is a part-time internship (20 hours weekly - paid in experience) with possibility of commission-based extension. Experience with B2B sales and/or knowledge of the Danish food landscape are mandatory.
Be involved in sales strategy execution
Generate and qualify leads, attend sales pitch meetings
Manage selected accounts and source new clients
Boost sales and scale revenue
Consolidate orders, prepare samples
Various miscellaneous tasks (as in any other start-up)
Documented experience in sales (B2B channels)
Experience in lead generating, CRM systems, closing deals
Proficient skills in Excel and Google Sheets
Ability to think creatively and maintain sales strategy
Ability to manage and retain key accounts
Ability to work independently following company’s vision for future of the food
Fluent Danish and English (written and spoken)
Ability to translate product into practical food applications
Experience in public procurement processes
Driving licence cat. B
