To support our mission, we are looking for an exceptionally structured, clever and friendly Customer Experience intern who loves a good challenge and high fives!

Join Organic Basics for a four to six month internship and become a part of the daily buzz in a growing company. This internship is intended to give you hands-on experience with customer interactions, products and logistics to supplement your studies and help shape your future career path.


Your daily tasks at OB will include:

  • Acting as the voice of Organic Basics on the front lines, delivering best-in-class, delightful customer experiences via phone, email, live chat

  • Contributing to the improvement of the online customer experience

  • Processing customer returns and exchanges

  • Solving logistics issues and daily communication with our warehouse

  • Representing the voice of the customer within OB by categorising insights into relevant data points, and educating internally about the customer insights

  • Collaborating with internal partners to support our wholesale strategy and initiatives, including helping to develop new B2B partnerships

  • Ad hoc CX and e-commerce tasks
