Do you want to help a serial entrepreneur build up a podcast and media engine covering sustainability? 

I created Next Frontier to have a separate and independent media from my other supply chain businesses (Responsibly and Ofload), with the purpose of creating a safe and independent learning environment for spreading the best practices and insights to power our transition to sustainable supply chains.

Why supply chains? Because they represent 93% of the avg. company's footprint, and are absolutely key to ensure a sustainable future. They're also hard, fragmented and intransparent, and will require work for the decades to come.​

To accelerate this transition, we need to stand on the shoulders of giants. Learn from each others mistakes and replicate the successes. There's an unfortunate consequence of the greenwashing and reputational risks that spans sustainability, which results in people 'holding their cards close' or being abstract in their shares. It also an incredibly heavy topic making it frankly quite boring at times. With Next Frontier.🌍 we'll try to change that. Make it more digestible, while learning from the best.

The effort is currently on a volunteer basis and therefore unpaid. I’m looking for people passionate about the topic who wants to learn how to build a podcast and thought leadership engine, while also building out their knowledge of their sustainability space. You’ll sit together with the Responsibly team 2-3 times per week at our awesome offices in Island’s Brygge, and we’ll sponsor free lunch at the renowned Cofoco operated canteen :) 

What you’ll be doing:

• Help me build up NextFrontier.earth, specifically the rich media and podcast side, from scratch, that includes: 

• Hustling to secure, coordinate, and setup interviews - we want to be interviewing sustainability leaders and entrepreneurs. We can rely somewhat on my network in the beginning, but will ultimately need to expand beyond. 

• Editing video and podcasts from raw to go-live stage. Including video snippets we can post on socials to extend the reach.

• Coordinating with sustainability events for speaking opportunities to further expand the reach and impact of NextFrontier.earth.

• Suggesting and planning topics to cover in the podcast, setting up interview strategy, and more. 

Who you are: 

• Passionate about podcasts, social media and sustainability. You believe in the platform’s ability to educate and transform mindsets so we can have an impact. 

• Video and audio editing skills - you have experience either personally or professionally with using video/audio editing software and is not

• Attention to detail and quality mindset - you want to build something great! 

• Get things done attitude

• You thrive when given ownership and independence to operate as you want - you hate micro management, close guidance and supervision, and are instead looking for sparring and leadership. 

• Bonus if you’re studying or have studied media or journalism
