We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Product Development Intern to join our team. As an intern at MÆT Pets, you will play a crucial role in identifying new and relevant pet products, overseeing the design process, sourcing materials and evaluating suppliers. Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Research and Innovation:

   • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the pet industry.

   • Brainstorm and propose new product ideas that align with our sustainability and quality standards.

2. Design and Development:

   • Collaborate with our product design team to create product concepts and prototypes.

   • Assist in the development of sustainable and pet-friendly product designs.

3. Supplier Sourcing and Evaluation:

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program, such as Product Design, Industrial Design, Business, or a related field.

• A passion for pets and a deep understanding of the pet product industry.

• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

• Proficiency in design software and tools is a plus.
