HR department at DANSIC:
The HR department at DANSIC plays a crucial role in ensuring the functioning of the organization both at the operational and strategic level, helping us maintain a balance between professionalism and fun. Here at DANSIC, the HR department is the glue of the organization, bringing together the volunteers through processes of socialization and culture building.
As our HR specialist your responsibilities involve (but are not limited to):
Developing an HR corporate culture strategy together with the HR executive and manager
Participate in the general meeting and department meeting – observe, ensure and reflect upon volunteers’ relationships, performance
Create and update a performance record and determine existing skill gaps
Conduct regular checkups on volunteer’s well-being at DANSIC
Facilitate department meetings
