Organic Basics is currently seeking a proactive Influencer Marketing Intern for our Partnerships team. In this role, you'll be actively involved in recruiting new TikTok content creators, utilizing various tools and strategies. We're looking for someone who is results-driven and motivated to achieve the team’s goals. The ideal candidate will thrive in building collaborations from the ground up, forging new connections, and delivering engaging content. Having an eye for TikTok content trends in the US is a plus.

This is a full-time internship for a duration of six months, with a preferred commencement date in November.

What you will do:

• Actively recruit new TikTok content creators using various tools and strategies.

• Collaborate with the rest of the Partnerships team to identify potential content creators.

• Develop and execute strategies to engage and attract TikTok content creators.

• Stay updated on TikTok content trends and incorporate them into marketing initiatives.

• Assist in tracking and analyzing our TikTok influencer marketing performance.

• Contribute to the growth of the Partnerships team through innovative ideas and approaches.

• Maintain organization and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
