At ProfitMetrics, we help E-commerce businesses grow with profit optimization.
We do this by calculating the profit of all orders and enabling POAS bidding (Profit on ad spend) in Google Ads with full Server-side tracking and a live marketing Dashboard.
We are currently looking for a tech-savvy problem solver to join our Customer Success team.
Your job will be to support our agency partners and customers with the implementation, setup, quality control, and debugging of simple scripts and tags.
Experience working with some of the following platforms and tools is preferred.
E-commerce platforms (Shopify. WooCommerce, Magento, etc.)
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Google Ads, Facebook Ads
Google Analytics / GA4
Basic HTML and JavaScript
Most importantly - You must be a real problem solver. The kind of person that instinctively understands complex technical and logical issues and it's able to debug and find solutions as you go.
The job is full-time. (37 hours/week)
