IOI is a global leader in the gaming industry with a history of creating groundbreaking, award-winning games. Employer branding plays a big part in showcasing our studio culture, but also raising awareness of how great IOI is. With more initiatives comes a bigger need for help, and we are looking for a self-driven and energetic Employer Brand Intern, who can support our studio’s employer branding strategy.

You will be mentored by and work closely together with our Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist, and you will have a lot of opportunity to learn, try out new things and implement ideas. This is an unpaid 3-6 months full-time internship, based in Copenhagen, with a possibility of part-time employment at the end.

What you will do:

• Gather information on various industry events relevant to our recruitment needs.

• Research branding solutions for conferences, organize and coordinate our presence.

• Manage our Eventbrite page.

• Collect reports and feedback on the outcome of events and other initiatives.

• Organize visits to universities and manage all logistics in coordination with internal stakeholders.

• Perform market research on talent attraction opportunities in each of our 4 locations.

• Track our employer brand expenses and calendar ongoingly.

• Create monthly overview of all employer branding initiatives.

• Initiate, help kickstart and coordinate bigger initiatives for employer branding internally.

Who you are:

• Proactive, resourceful, and self-sufficient.

• Studying a BSc or MSc in business administration, sales, marketing, media production or HR.

• You are service-minded, willing to help and find creative solutions.

• Efficient and quick at executing, with care for quality.

• Have strong soft skills and consideration for feedback.

• Great knowledge of MS Office suite.

• Want to work with creative, passionate people who will both challenge and welcome you.

• Great English speaking and writing skills. Danish is not mandatory.
