Undo has already kicked in the door in the insurance industry and is now looking to make even more noise. For that, we’re looking for a service-minded, caring, and curious person with a passion for the People experience. You will be a part of the People Team responsible for Office Hygge and Happiness.


The Job

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 In your daily work, you'll be part of the People Team, helping to keep the Undo office at its best so your colleagues can be their best. The position is a part-time role, with 10-15 hours a week. You should be fluent in English as this is our shared office language.

✌️ Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Restocking the fridges and cabinets with sodas & snacks

  • Preparing healthy afternoon treats, fx Koldskål, or Smoothies

  • Ordering Nemlig

  • Talking to your colleagues

  • Loving and watering the office plants

  • Keeping the office & meeting rooms clean and organized

  • Taking out cardboard and trash

  • Helping prep for office events, fx Friday Bars
