To support our mission, we are looking for an exceptionally structured, clever and friendly Customer Experience intern who loves a good challenge and high fives!
Join Organic Basics for a four to six month internship and become a part of the daily buzz in a growing company. This internship is intended to give you hands-on experience with customer interactions, products and logistics to supplement your studies and help shape your future career path.
Your daily tasks at OB will include:
Acting as the voice of Organic Basics on the front lines, delivering best-in-class, delightful customer experiences via phone, email, live chat
Contributing to the improvement of the online customer experience
Processing customer returns and exchanges
Solving logistics issues and daily communication with our warehouse
Representing the voice of the customer within OB by categorising insights into relevant data points, and educating internally about the customer insights
Collaborating with internal partners to support our wholesale strategy and initiatives, including helping to develop new B2B partnerships and managing relationships with existing partners
Contributing to the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform by creating new products, building collections, and managing visual merchandising, in order to improve web-performance and increase customer engagement and sales
