Three years ago, I was right where many entrepreneurs find themselves - standing amidst the rubble of a dream that had just collapsed. Lokalist, a platform I had poured my heart and soul into, was meant to revolutionize the way we buy and sell used phones. It had the potential, the team, the investors... but when Covid hit, everything fell apart.

I won't sugarcoat it - it was a brutal blow. All the hard work, the sleepless nights, the endless pitches – all seemed to have been in vain. But during those darkest hours, alone on the beach in Amager last June, something sparked within me. It was a vision of a venture that stood for more than just monetary gains - a business that would not only be profitable - but one that truly cared about touching the lives of others while making a tangible impact.

Today, Worthmore is more than just an idea – it's a mission, a resolve to disrupt the telecom industry for the good of people and the planet. We are determined to rewrite the story of an industry that has remained stagnant for far too long with significant negative impacts on the planet and the people who share it. From the way you buy a phone, to the way you use it, to the subscription that powers it, we are on a mission to improve it all one step at a time - and I need your help!

If you are reading this - well this is where you step in. We're searching for many hands on deck but specifically an Influencer Marketing Intern, someone who can help us build our brand and develop effective strategies for outreach, engagement, and execution of successful influencer marketing campaigns - our goal - 2.500+ subscribers on our new network within the next 12 months.

The most significant endeavors cannot be undertaken single-handedly. They require a team, passion, and an unyielding belief in the cause. Worthmore is still in its early stages - and money is still tight - which is why this position begins unpaid, however, there's an opportunity here for the right person - to pour your energy into a venture that truly matters, alongside people who genuinely care.

Launching a new mobile phone subscription might sound crazy to most - to be honest it is - but with your help I am sure we have a better chance at reaching the next level and building something we can all be proud of.

Your role at Worthmore will involve:

  • Working closely with our team to develop and implement innovative influencer strategies

  • Engaging with potential influencers across various social media platforms

  • Crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our mission and values

  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of influencer campaigns

  • Learning and growing in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment

We're seeking someone who:

  • Has a knack for social media and digital marketing

  • Understands the nuances of influencer marketing

  • Has excellent communication skills in English (Bonus points for Danish!)

  • Is self-motivated and can dedicate at least 15 hours a week

  • Is eager to learn, grow, and make a significant impact

About the Interview
