Join the TechBBQ team as an Event Coordinator volunteer/intern! 

We are currently looking for two Event Coordinator interns (30-37h a week), or volunteers (10-20 hours a week), to assist our Event department from June/July until the end of September.

As an intern at TechBBQ, you'll have the opportunity to kick-start your career, expand your professional network, and immerse yourself in the exciting world of startups and innovation in Scandinavia.

Your tasks can include:

• Event planning and stakeholder management

• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate tasks

• Take charge as the practical site manager at the event

• Manage and inspire ‘’event day volunteers’’, creating a memorable experience for all involved

• Oversee team leaders and their responsibilities, ensuring everyone is on track

• Help with event planning and execution, providing support where needed (e.g. stakeholder dinner).

• Take on ad-hoc tasks around the office and coordinate with other departments for maximum efficiency

We are looking for someone with:

• Fluency in written/spoken English,

• A flexible and open-minded personality,

• A self-starter / doer-mentality,

• Good organizational and time management skills,

• Able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time,

• Would be a plus to have an interest in startups and technology,
