Amitylux specialises in guided sightseeing tours in the Nordics. We design and provide tours for singles, couples, and families and customise special tours for groups and companies.

We are looking for a talented Virtual Office and Sales Assistant Freelancer who is a customer-focused individual to join our fast-growing team to cover mostly weekends and some weeks during the month.

We are looking for someone with the following skills: 

• Warm personality with strong communication skills

• Good in creative writing

• Fluency in English and strong writing ability with a good grasp of grammar and spelling (this will be tested)

• Deadline-driven mentality

• Good practical experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets٫ particularly MS Office

• Ability to work independently and not afraid to ask questions

Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:

• Strong phone, email and instant messaging communication skills

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Answering customer enquiries to ensure high-quality support and a great customer experience   

• Conduct market research and report on the results 

• New sales leads and sales emails/communication

• Prepare presentations 

• Help the team with their administrative queries 

• Process Paperwork 

• Help develop our overall sales strategy  

• Maintain booking platforms 

• Renew, and update materials for the team  

• Coordinating events as necessary

• Ad hoc tasks  

• Booking travel reservations for the client and managing their itinerary 

• Coordinating with tour guides, local guides, drivers, and other support staff to ensure the smooth operation of arranged trips 

• Arranging for transfers between airports, hotels, cruise ships, etc

• Organising and developing systems, website  

• Help with marketing when needed  

  
  

We can offer part-time mostly weekend hours and some weeks during the month. You are free to work from home, so this job is remote work only.

This part-time freelance position will give you great insight into travel business development. You will have the chance to develop independent management skills and the ability to gain valuable knowledge and experience.

Duration: From April till September, can be extended.

Part-time freelance position. You must be able to work as a freelancer and thus be able to invoice for your hours worked.
