You will help secure the outcome and quality of projects in TechBBQ. If you wish to work with innovative projects supporting the Nordic Startup Ecosystem's continued development, this is the job for you!
We are now looking for a full-time administrative team member to support our operations and project department.
Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders regularly.
Keep track of various subscriptions and monthly reporting to the project lead and external stakeholders.
Planning meetings and organising project logistics.
Time registration for team and expense overview, including reporting holidays and sicknesses.
Assist with internal and external event management.
Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company concerning projects.
Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed.
Organising reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access.
Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
Directly working with the project manager to help define the project's goals and objectives.
Monitor the daily progress of projects and evaluate potential problems and technical hitches to develop solutions.
Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
Create and maintain a project's budget.
Analyse progress reported against the work schedules.
Maintain office services, organising office operations and procedures.
Track and replace office supplies as necessary.
We are looking for someone who:
Works structured and independently
Has comprehensive Danish and English skills
Has an understanding of reporting and time registration
Is knowledgeable about startup and project administration
Has accounting knowledge
