Ønskeskyen is an online platform for creating and sharing wish lists, with more than 2 million Danish users. We are in the process of launching Ønskeskyen 2.0, which will be available in Denmark and several foreign markets. With a new design and a new name, Ønskeskyen 2.0 aims to become the largest wish list app in the world and a personal shopping assistant.
We are seeking a Lead Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to take charge of developing, planning, coordinating, and managing the delivery of our growing number of releases. In this role, you will be responsible for testing, automation, and implementing processes to ensure that our development teams can continuously deliver the highest-quality features and releases.
Implement test automation frameworks and tools to support the development of automated tests
Create and execute a roadmap for testing and automating product releases
Improve processes and tools that shape the quality framework within your team
Represent the Quality Engineering team in cross-functional teams Lead, mentor, and educate others as a key member of the Quality Engineering team
Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to understand the product vision and requirements
Set and drive expectations for quality in product releases
Lead the growth of the Quality Engineering team by training and mentoring new team members
Implement test automation into our existing codebase
Strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies
Experience with Node.js, Typescript, Selenium/Puppeteer/Cypress/Playwright or similar, Jest/Mocha/Chai or similar, SQL, Cypher, Docker, ReactJs, React Native or similar, NestJS or similar
Familiarity with K6S, Kubernetes, Graph databases, SQL databases, Git, CI/CD Pipelines, Mocking/stubbing HTTP calls, and Microservice architecture is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership of tasks
A team player who is eager to share their knowledge and learn from others
You are fluent in English
