Stinto is looking for a CEO/co-founder to take us from start-up to scale-up.
Stinto is a contact management platform that aims to change the way in which individuals and companies exchange, store and update contact information. Think of it as a modern day version of a phone book, only a lot smarter. As a software-as-a-service business, our focus is on solving a problem all businesses face; an ever increasing amount of static, outdated and non-compliant contact data stored and replicated on a range of different systems. The visible front-end of our solution is a digital business card, however, Stinto is much more. Our back-end contains an enterprise grade contact management solution which has been reviewed and approved by IT and legal decision makers in large companies in Europe, Asia and the US. Stinto has also been accepted onto Salesforce AppExchange as an Independent Software Vendor.
In our next stage of development, we will continue to work on product enhancements and new feature development. We have an application currently under review with the Danish Innovation Fund for a unique and potentially game changing back-end feature. At the same time, we need to strengthen our focus on scaling up commercially and also continuing to work with investors to fund the journey.
As CEO of Stinto, you will work closely with the co-founders, our team, external partners and our investors. Responsibilities include
Leading the development and execution of our product vision and commercial go-to-market strategy
Identify and prioritize new product and market opportunities.
Drive the product roadmap to ensure we focus on delivering high quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
Represent Stinto and lead dialogue with and effort to attract new investors/funding

We do also have some preferences regarding background and experience. Ideally, these include a majority of the following;
A background in or around software development and sales. We are not looking for a tech expert, but ideally someone who can translate commercial opportunities and product requirements into tech specifications for the development team. We have a solid IT architecture and our main focus currently is on UX/UI improvements.
Experience presenting and selling a technical solution both to IT leaders and non-technical but senior/C-level decision makers in large companies.
Experience guiding, working with or leading software development teams
Experience with funding processes, interacting with start-up/scale-up investors
Strong and relevant network, strong relationship builder
Fluent in English
Overall, the CEO should have a combination of technical, product and commercial understanding, along with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building a successful software business.
We offer a combination of fixed salary and equity. You can work from anywhere but should be based in a European time zone.
