Another’s Legacy is looking for a Jewellery Sales & Content Associate who is eager for an exciting opportunity to join our startup. The ideal candidate understands the culture and has a passion to give our customers the best purchase experience. You should be outgoing, passionate and maybe you even have a natural interest in unique fine jewellery. The company’s customer service goal is to enhance and grow the brand connection experience for customers. You will also be a part of our content creation. We are looking for a person that likes to be in front of a camera and open to communicating to our customers through video. We want Another’s Legacy to feel like a personal sale online as well. A Sales & Content Associate does this through being professional, enthusiastic and are interested in a career that helps Another’s Legacy to become the go to place to find unique vintage jewellery.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the communication of Another's Legacy to our customers
Help building a community for buying sustainable vintage jewellery
You have to be enjoy being in front of a camera and talking to our customers
Creating relevant content in close collaboration with the rest of the team
You have to enjoy being in front of a camera and talking to our customers
Having a curious mindset for always trying to create new and engaging content
Proactively follow up on all customer communications and requests.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service
Consistently achieve or exceed company sales and monthly goals
Qualifications:
Previous retail sales or customer service experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Danish & english language ability is required
Strong attention to detail and high integrity
Ability to work within deadlines in a fast paced environment
