By investing heavily in biotechnology and innovation we have created unique recipes to create deep and intense flavours from upcycled produce.
We sell our products under the REDUCED brand to consumers in supermarkets, to the foodservice industry and as ingredients to other food production companies.
Our products have gained great traction on the Danish market, and we are currently gearing up for a growth journey across several markets.
Our office, innovation lab and parts of our production facilities are located in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, from where you will work with the rest of the REDUCED family.
You will be surrounded by a bunch of competent and fun colleagues with a shared passion for the REDUCED mission. You will report directly to the CCO.
You have a great passion for food and most likely have a background as chef in a restaurant. You are a natural part of the Danish gastronomy scene and possess a broad network among your chef colleagues.
You thrive on selling your message and arguments to other people and you get a big kick out of winning them over to your suggested solutions. You might or might not have experience from sales to the professional kitchens but in any case, you a driven by the sales process.
You have a very structured and analytical approach to your work and are used to plan your week in advance. You work effortless on a computer with Excel, PowerPoint and other planning and presentation tools. You communicate freely in spoken and written Danish and English.
Finally, you are a great colleague who spreads positive vibes and a good atmosphere wherever you are.
You are responsible for developing the sales of REDUCED’s foodservice products to the restaurant sector in the Greater Copenhagen and North Zealand areas.
You will work closely with your colleagues at REDUCED and our wholesale partners to recruit new and retain existing customers. You will keep a close and structured contact with them to make sure they are happy with our solutions.
You will be measured on the total sales to the Foodservice sector and the recruitment of new loyal customers on the Danish market.
Finally, you will have a great influence on how we shall develop our portfolio and our business going forward.
