We are a part of the first generation of people to realize that we are having an impact on the planet and perhaps one of the last that can do anything about it.
At Worthmore, we are on a mission to reduce the social and environmental impact our smartphones have on our planet. Together with our partners, we are developing the first carbon-neutral and impact-focused mobile service provider for companies and individuals.
Through our platform, users can calculate and offset the C02 their smartphone use has on the planet, purchase only certified refurbished devices to reduce the impact of buying new ones, and donate the used devices lying in their drawer to leading charities across the EU.

Working in a start-up environment can be stressful and, honestly, a massive amount of work for little to no compensation. The upside is that you will be on the ground level of something that has the potential to be huge. We are only looking for people who believe in what we are trying to do and want to be able to see their impact on the vision and growth of the project, developing themselves together with the company.
This being said, one of the most important things for a start-up to maintain is enough runway to keep the lights on and the product moving forward. Currently, we are looking for someone to help put our product in front of the right people at the right time as we launch our MVP and enter the next chapter.
Your primary mission will be to use your smarts, charisma, and charm to act as an ambassador for the company and help us secure a seed round of funding. Polishing our pitch, researching our competitors, applying for grants, and conducting outreach to some of the top players in our home market and abroad will be part of your daily duties.
Pursuing or in possession of a degree in business/ Finance/ or entrepreneurship
Passionate about the start-up scene in Copenhagen and abroad
Consider yourself outgoing and don't mind being in the spotlight
Being aware of your personal brand and try to maintain it across different social media channels
Pay attention to details and have high ethical standards for your work (quality-focused)
Have excellent communication skills (English is a must, Danish a significant plus)
If you have any start-up fundraising experience, it's a plus but not required
...Are not afraid of cold phone calls/ email outreach
...Have worked with creating communication funnels
...Have any fundraising experience across multiple industries
...Can develop and tell stories in an engaging way
...Can speak Danish/English at a professional level (a plus but not required)
One of the most critical questions we feel most start-ups forget to ask is what we can do for you. We invite you to share skills you have built up over many years to make our lives easier and our brand stronger.
For each person, this answer is different, but it is our mission as a small start-up to provide value to every team member in a way that is unique to them and achievable for us. We believe if you can give us what we need, and we can offer you what you want, we will surely be a good match professionally.
The internship is paid based on performance. If we close an investment deal during the time you work for us, you will be compensated 2.5% of the total raise capped at 40.000 dkk
In a start-up, even more critical than your skillsets is the team fit. That being said, our interview was an informal and relaxed introduction to our team and the company. We grab a coffee or a beer, discuss the idea, and listen to your thoughts. We will ask you if you have any previous work to show off and then discuss what we can do for you. Finally, we realize there is nothing more annoying than never getting a response, so if you make it to the interview phase, we typically can give you a decision within a week.
We can't wait to meet with you, and we look forward to having you join our team soon :)
