The Role

Are you an experienced Social Media Specialist with experience in designing and optimizing social strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter? Do you love engaging with communities through a variety of channels and mediums? Then join Onomondo as our new Social Media Specialist in Copenhagen!

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-focused and process-oriented Social Media Specialist to be the voice of Onomondo across our organic social channels with the main objectives to increase brand exposure globally and organically build our community.

Our VP of Growth is one of the most recognized marketing thought leaders in Scandinavia, and you'll report directly to her with the opportunity to not only learn and propel your career, but you will be empowered every step of the way to have an immediate impact on the business. You'll also work shoulder to shoulder with Content, C-Level, Product Marketing, our Creative Studio, along with any other Onomondian you might need to get sh*t done.

The time to join the Growth Team couldn’t be better as since our latest funding round, we’re quickly expanding to build the inbound machine to take off. We're looking for a superstar contributor who will have a tremendous impact on the business right away. What You'll Be Doing

• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) across our organic channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.

• Researching current benchmark trends and audience behavior across social media

• Designing and implementing a social strategy aligned with business goals

• Work with CS and Brand & Community Manager to respond to queries and comments on social channels

• Assisting the SEO Specialist and Product Marketing Lead with managing the content calendar

• Monitor channels and engage in relevant discussions online

• Analyze engagement data, identify trends, and build an online community with the Brand & Community Manager.

• Ghostwrite and manage C-levels' LinkedIn accounts

• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics with the SEO Specialist

• Suggest and implement new initiatives to develop new channels and brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

Requirements

• Experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in a tech space

• An excellent native English writer that loves using language

• A wordsmith that enjoys copywriting and strives to create unique and engaging content (text, image and video).

• Good understanding of SEO and keyword-driven content writing

• An excellent communicator who has a knack for tapping into the brand voice to produce consistent work that aligns with the brand.

• Knowledge of online marketing channels

• Analytical and multitasking skills

• A well-spoken, humble creator who can present ideas effectively

• A highly motivated individual who can work independently and has a high attention to detail
