The Role

Are you a motivated Account Based Marketer with experience in designing and optimizing effective ABM campaigns to drive growth initiatives? Do you love designing innovative and creative cross-channel ABM programs in collaboration with Growth and Sales? Then join Onomondo as our new ABM Specialist in Copenhagen!

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-focused and process-oriented ABM Specialist to work closely with Enterprise Sales to design and execute on effective Account-Based Marketing programs to drive pipeline generation from a top target account list, while accelerating existing opportunities.

Our VP of Growth is one of the most recognized marketing thought leaders in Scandinavia, and you'll report directly to her with the opportunity to not only learn and propel your career, but you will be empowered every step of the way to have an immediate impact on the business. You'll also work shoulder to shoulder with Content, C-Level, Enterprise Sales, Product Marketing, our Creative Studio, along with any other Onomondian you might need to get sh*t done.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Work cross-departmentally to execute effective ABM campaigns across channels to optimize and accelerate target account pipeline generation.

  • Monitor and optimize channel performance across channels and regions

  • Regularly report performance results with the team and business at large, helping define our ABM campaign strategies moving forward.

  • Align with Commercial Excellence and Enterprise Sales in establishing account profiles and target personas; develop and maintain a database of named accounts and contacts to ensure campaigns are targeted to the right people

  • Design and execute innovative and creative ABM programs across channels to generate pipeline from concept through execution, i.e) strategy, timeline, budget, design and content support, campaign development and campaign measurement.

  • Align Commercial Excellence and Enterprise Sales in establishing target accounts.

  • Develop and maintain a database of target accounts and contacts to ensure campaigns are targeted to the right people.

  • Provide ongoing data and insights on target accounts and contacts within these accounts utilizing tools and resources to provide value to the business.

  • Measure, analyze, and report on target account penetration on a monthly, quarterly basis as well as impact of ABM efforts on sales pipeline revenue.

  • Develop and provide ongoing communication to ensure alignment, collaboration, and follow-up on leads.

  • Evaluate, select and manage vendors that contribute to ABM strategies like personalization platforms, direct mail providers, fulfillment services, etc.

  • Evangelize ABM across the business, documenting and sharing best practices, driving innovative campaigns, and supporting the development and solidification of the ABM infrastructure.

  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.


Requirements

  • Experience executing innovative, multi-channel ABM programs for enterprise accounts

  • Experience working with Sales to coordinate and implement ABM programs

  • Experience with targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition

  • Strong reporting capabilities and the ability to provide insights and analyze ABM programs.

  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and how to employ marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive engagement.

  • Strong project management and time management skills

  • A well-spoken, humble creator who can present ideas effectively

  • A highly motivated individual who can work independently and has a high attention to detail

NOTE: We expect the right fit to be based in our HQ in Copenhagen. Therefore, a fully remote contract will not be an option for this post.
