ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a HubSpot guru - a true one, really - with experience in building and optimizing workflows and automation processes with the aim of increasing scalability, predictability and efficiency across teams and business(es)?

Then join us as our new CRM Specialist in Copenhagen!

The time to join the Onomondo couldn’t be better as we just secured a growth round of 21M USD, and are scaling our Commercial teams to support our tremendous growth.

We’re looking for a superstar individual contributor who will have a high impact on the business from the get-go. You probably have a systematic mindset, and love to translate business needs into clear and defined processes and well-oiled workflows. You get energized by owning complex systems and automating processes. And of course you love to build things as simple as possible. You understand the impact of managing and analyzing Customer and Prospect's interactions, and how to effectively collect data on them.

Reporting to our Commercial Operations Lead (currently being hired) and standing shoulder to shoulder with our awesome Data Analyst, you'll work really closely with Growth, Sales, Customer Success and Partnerships to power the entire Commercial engine by building and optimizing our HubSpot setup.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Design, build, scale and optimize our CRM functionalities (HubSpot) across Growth, Sales, CS and Partnerships

• Own our CRM end-to-end, including vision, operations and implementations

• Owning our Commercial data also means a tight collab with Finance and Product representing two other main data streams.

• Work cross-departmentally to create best-in-class automations and workflows

• Ensure integrity, correct collection and enrichment of data across all Commercial operations

• Establish efficient documentation processes and build everything for scale

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1-2 years experience with HubSpot, including workflows, automations, dynamic audiences etc.

• Strong understanding of performance data as well as familiarity with treating and analysing data sets

• Strong project management skills

• A nice human being who is fun to get along with and enjoys having undeniable impact on business growth

• Great at understanding the needs of the company to proactively predict upcoming campaigns and operational requirements
