ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an opportunity to lead a team within one of the most exciting tech scale-ups in the Nordics. It is in fact a pivotal stage to join our journey - we have just secured a 21 USD million growth round, and our future looks very bright indeed. This opening comes at a time when we are beginning to scale our RevOps engine, wherein Commercial Operations sits at the core of it. You are therefore bringing the bandwidth needed to build roadmaps and drive vision and execution. To begin with, you will manage two FTEs; the CRM Specialist (being hired) and the awesome Data Analyst.

Your ambition should be to deliver significant value across and enable the whole business, and by that create a clear business case to scale your team further. So let’s be clear here. Our ambition is that your team should grow. You just need to show the way!

As a professional, you are probably obsessed with understanding how a business works and more importantly how you can make it better. Percent by percent. And you are probably very, very curious to investigate which initiatives, strategies or cohorts to attribute the relative growth to.

You will report directly to our stellar Head of RevOps, Andrea, who already joined the business back in 2020 and was amongst the first 20 people to join. You will have multiple key stakeholders across the business. In the Commercial team it’s obviously the leads in Growth, Sales, CS and Partnerships. And then Finance and Product/Tech should be key for you to build bridges to as well. This is a heavy cross functional role, wherein you and the team should empower the whole Commercial engine with insights aimed at precepting, diagnosing and improving each function’s performance. You are therefore able to deal with a huge variety of insights that drive revenue growth across the business.


WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Manage and lead vision and execution of the Commercial Operations team.

  • Scale and lead Sales, Growth and CS Operations in close collaboration with the leads.

  • You will build revenue attribution models across and within functions, identifying opportunities to grow revenues.

  • Aligning Finance with Commercial performance.

  • Keep refining function specific KPIs to track, spotting performances’ patterns and root causes.

  • Build well grounded medium and long-term performance forecasts.

  • Reporting on performance to department’s Leads, Management and Board.

  • And hopefully you’ll spot stuff we should build, improve or change that we haven’t spotted yet ;)


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years relevant B2B SaaS experience

  • Proven track of leading strategic projects and driving business growth

  • Experience working with large volumes of data while transforming such to actionable insights

  • Strong numerical acumen and instinct for how to grow a business

  • Ability to collaborate with a variety of seniors stakeholders across Onomondo

  • Previous experience in managerial roles is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Business, Economics, Statistics, Math, or Computer Science.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot a plus)

  • Fluent in English - written and spoken

NOTE: We expect the right fit to be based in our HQ in Copenhagen. Therefore, a fully remote contract will not be an option for this post.
