The HR department at DANSIC:
The HR department at DANSIC plays a crucial role in ensuring the functioning of the organisation both at the operational and strategic level, helping us maintain a balance between professionalism and fun. Here at DANSIC, the HR department is the glue of the organisation, bringing together the volunteers through processes of socialisation and culture building. Our HR Manager is in charge of executing the HR strategy as well as other routine and operational tasks such as onboarding of new team members and mentoring activities.
As our HR Manager your responsibilities involve (but are not limit to):
Executing the HR strategy together with the Board;
Promoting DANSIC to potential volunteers and recruiting them;
Participate in DANSIC-led excursions;
The chance to run the HR crew in your own innovative way;
Planning and facilitating internal workdays, competence development, and social events;
