We are currently looking for Contents Creators (volunteers/interns), to assist our PR & Communications department and our Marketing department, until the end of September.

Since 2013, TechBBQ has worked to support and strengthen the Nordic ecosystem for entrepreneurship and innovation, based on the distinctive Nordic values ​​of openness, inclusion, trust, and meeting each other at eye level. TechBBQ is Scandinavia's largest startup & innovation summit.

Your role

As a Content Creator for TechBBQ - you will be in charge of creating content for the most hyggelige tech conference in the Nordics. If you don’t have experience with all of the tasks listed, please don’t hesitate to reach out anyway! We are looking for several people, and will divide the tasks according to the individual skills and interests of each person.

Your tasks will include

• newsletter production

• blog post production

• email communication

• setting up interviews

• preparing powerpoints

• creating content for our website

• helping with text for our social media channels

• video editing

• You are also welcome to explore creative ways of social media development, such as content scheduling and paid advertising

We are looking for someone with

• Excellent English communication skills

• Strong editing & writing competences

• Excellent proofreading & research skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge about startups and technology

• Flexible and open-minded personality

• A do'er-mentality, who not only talks, but gets things done

• Great attention to detail

Nice to have but not required

• Experience with paid advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook & Google)

• Previous work experience or internship in content writing

• Experience with SEO
